Job summary

Vistra in Singapore is hiring an Associate Director, Program Management to lead the Operational Excellence programme across markets. This role is full-time with regional coverage, based in Singapore and operating in a hybrid work model.

You will govern scope, schedule, budget and risks while coordinating data migration, integrations and go-live activities with senior stakeholders and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations or related discipline.
• Programme or project management qualification such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading complex programmes in global, multi-market environments.
• Experience with governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and executive reporting.
• Experience with enterprise platform implementations and data migration.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Operational Excellence programme plan, governance and delivery controls.
• Define workstreams, milestones, dependencies and quality gates.
• Maintain oversight of scope, schedule, resources, budget and risks.
• Drive timely decisions affecting readiness, deployment or benefits realization.
• Provide concise reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee requirements, process design, readiness and SOP approvals.
• Coordinate data readiness, migration and post-migration validation.
• Manage integration across SAP, Enate, VDP, Fenergo, Napier, EQT and more.
• Oversee testing, go-live readiness and hypercare activities.
• Lead training, communications and adoption across markets.
