Job summary

Singtel in Singapore seeks a senior IT cost leadership and investment governance specialist to drive regional IS/IT cost leadership across the group, evaluate major investments, and support RFPs and vendor negotiations.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders, build knowledge repositories, and deliver measurable cost savings while ensuring sustainable investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in telecommunications IS/IT and solution architecture.
• Experience in commercial evaluation and IT investment.
• Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS, cloud and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sustainable IS/IT cost leadership across Singtel Group and Associate companies.
• Protect Singtel Group's and Associates interests through independent technical and commercial reviews.
• Improve investment outcomes through robust price benchmarking, commercial assurance, and negotiation support.
• Optimize technology investments by balancing cost, capability, scalability, and business value.
• Strengthen regional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
• Deliver measurable savings, investment efficiencies, and long-term value across Group.
