Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore West invites applications for a Manager, Programme Management to lead complex programmes from scope definition to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and governance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with contracts and financial controls. Defence or government project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong programme management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of contract management and project financial controls.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the programme scope and manage planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of programmes, ensuring alignment with objectives, contracts, and governance.
• Support proposal development, cost estimation, and project scheduling activities for successful delivery.
• Develop and manage programme schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans within approved scope, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor programme performance, track deliverables, and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of programme activities.
• Manage customer requirements and expectations with effective stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
