MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a cost management specialist to analyze monthly technology costs, validate CAM allocations, verify documentation, ensure proper cost allocation, establish a monthly review cadence, prepare MI reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to close discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics, FP&A or cost management experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience in cost management, finance control, FP&A, or performance management.
• Excellent reconciliation and financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with cost allocation, chargeback models, and CAM methodologies.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly technology costs, identify movements and variances, and reconcile costs between finance reports and source records.
• Review and validate CAM allocations, ensuring costs are charged per approved methodologies and attribution rules.
• Verify supporting documentation, including invoices, POs, contracts, consumption reports, and approvals.
• Confirm costs are allocated to the correct entity, cost centre, or project, and identify anomalies or duplicates.
• Establish and manage a monthly cost review cadence with controls, reporting, action tracking, and governance.
• Prepare concise management information (MI) reports covering cost positions, CAM changes, risks, and actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive actions to closure.
