Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting a Technology Finance Analyst to provide hands-on analytical and governance support for a technology cost deep dive, reconciling costs and validating CAM allocations across scope. You will establish a repeatable monthly cost review cadence, produce MI packs, validate approvals, and drive actions with CAM owners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong reconciliation skills, experience with CAM, advanced Excel, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost management, performance management, finance control, or FP&A support—ideally in Technology and/or a regulated environment.
• Strong reconciliation capability; tracing costs to source documents and explaining variances.

Responsibilities

• Technology cost deep dive (analysis & reconciliation) across scope; reconcile cost amounts and explain variances.
• CAM review and validation; ensure allocations align to methodology and drive remediation of gaps.
• Evidence, approvals, and charging validation; collect invoices, POs, contracts and ensure correct charging.
• Monthly cost review cadence; produce MI pack and drive actions to closure with stakeholders.
