Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone, video and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer discussions.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Support hiring managers on interview processes and best practices.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
