SOFTING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a capable leader to oversee end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will drive on-time delivery, supplier coordination, inventory control and compliance while collaborating with engineering and R&D teams.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on BOM accuracy, cost efficiency and risk mitigation to ensure high service levels and steady improvement in performance.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule supply chain, contract manufacturing and internal manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Manage materials and capacity planning, BOM accuracy, and production/purchase orders to meet demand.
• Oversee external manufacturing partners, suppliers, and service providers including quality, delivery and compliance.
• Assess supply chain risks and implement mitigation measures for resilience.
