Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end operations across two entities, including MPS planning, purchasing, and warehouse management. You will drive a comprehensive supply chain strategy, KPI governance and cost optimization to support growth.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, ERP/Supply Chain tech, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and supply chain management, incl. at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain technologies and ERP systems; Navision experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills; ability to work across functions.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain operations across two entities, including MPS planning, customer service, production planning, MRP, purchasing and warehouse management.
• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy, department KPIs and operational plans in alignment with company goals and the annual business plan.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective performance, on-time delivery, production continuity, appropriate inventory levels and inventory accuracy.
• Plan and manage inventory, material procurement and warehouse operations while optimising working capital and ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity, while continuously improving processes, systems, best practices and operational efficiency.
• Build and develop the supply chain organisation by establishing clear roles, responsibilities and performance management, while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide regular supply chain reports, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, and perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
