Job summary

Advantest in Singapore is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Network Operations to build and lead a new Operations organization focused on scalable, reliable execution aligned with business strategy.

You will define structure, governance, KPIs, and talent development while partnering across Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to deliver end-to-end operational performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading outsourced manufacturing, operations, supply chain or related functions with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience building or restructuring an Operations organization through governance and talent development.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory, and cost management.
• Ability to translate business strategy and demand into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills in cross-functional or global settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the Operations organization, including structure, roles, governance, and talent development.
• Lead Operations Strategy & Execution with KPIs for inventory, service levels, and supply reliability.
• Drive excellence in customer service, improve fulfillment efficiency, and resolve constraints cross-functionally.
• Optimize capacity, supply, and inventory balancing demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Foster a high-performance culture and lead continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost.
