Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance-focused candidate to lead Supply Chain Cost Management in Singapore. The role emphasizes cost analysis and financial modeling rather than operational SCM, with cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

The successful candidate will build end-to-end cost maps, analyze COGS, and develop dashboards to monitor cost performance and drivers across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Supply Chain Finance, Costing, FP&A, Cost Analytics or Business Finance.
• Deep understanding of COGS, landed cost, customs duties and distribution costs.
• Proven capability in financial modeling, cost benchmarking and scenario analysis.
• Experience collaborating across regions, markets or business clusters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end Supply Chain cost map across the value chain.
• Analyze COGS and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.
• Build financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies including material, logistics and other cost drivers.
• Create and manage an annual Supply Chain Cost Roadmap with cost-saving initiatives and monitoring.
• Conduct detailed analysis of distribution and logistics cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare cluster-wise cost benchmarking and comparators across regions and markets.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to provide strategic financial insights.
