Finiti Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Supply Chain to join the commercial operations and finance team. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and margin management, driving profitability for the China business through costing, pricing structures, MTM analyses, and digitalizing reporting.

You will lead process automation using Power BI, collaborate with Singapore management, sales teams and Chinese factories, and oversee trade operations and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, engineering, food science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in cost accounting, supply chain finance, commercial operations, or trade operations.
• Strong Power BI (DAX/Power Query) and advanced Excel; ERP SAP preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin for liaising with China stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Product Costing & Contribution Margin Analysis: conduct detailed cost breakdowns and margin analyses.
• Export Pricing & Commercial Support: generate competitive export quotations based on cost components and market dynamics.
• Trade Operations & Inventory Reconciliation: oversee trade execution, order fulfilment, and inventory monitoring.
• Risk & Financial Operations: support FX hedging and MTM analyses to mitigate currency exposure.
• Digital Transformation & Analytics: lead automation using Power BI to build executive dashboards and streamline reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as the operational bridge between Singapore management, sales, and China factories/subsidiaries.

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Senior Executive, Supply Chain to join our client's team in Singapore. Unlike traditional logistics or freight management roles, this position sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, commercial finance, and margin management.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and profitability of their China business by managing product costing, pricing structures, mark-to-market analysis, and digitalizing operational reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Product Costing & Contribution Margin Analysis: Conduct detailed product cost breakdowns (BOM, labor, overheads) and margin analyses to evaluate financial performance and drive strategic profitability.
• Export Pricing & Commercial Support: Analyze cost components and market dynamics to generate competitive, profitable export quotations for the sales team.
• Trade Operations & Inventory Reconciliation: Oversee trade execution, order fulfillment, and inventory position monitoring to minimize discrepancies and ensure operational accuracy.
• Risk & Financial Operations: Support FX hedging strategies and Mark-to-Market (MTM) analyses to mitigate currency exposure across cross-border operations.
• Digital Transformation & Analytics: Lead process automation initiatives using Power BI to build executive dashboards, streamline reporting, and reduce manual effort.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key operational bridge between Singapore management, sales teams, and factory/subsidiary operations in China.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Operations, or Trade Operations (preferably within complex, multinational, or manufacturing environments).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX/Power Query) and advanced MS Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with stakeholders, factories, and subsidiaries in China.
• Strong commercial acumen, numerical precision, and the ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
