The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Global Supply Chain Finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on inventory costing, cost management, forecasting, and performance analysis to support disciplined growth and improved financial reporting.

Reporting to the Controller, Global Supply Chain Finance, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics preferred.
2-3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multi-national company.
Food service and/or retail industry knowledge and experience a plus.
Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management strongly preferred.
Self-motivated and experienced in transition situations with rapid change.
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills required.

Responsabilités

Review monthly inventory close, investigate variances against standard cost, and analyze working capital trends.
Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and business review activities across Supply Chain functions.
Support annual standard cost modelling and inventory revaluation.
Support project initiatives and business cases by assessing financial returns and prerequisites.
Coordinate with supply chain to manage cost through benchmarking and network design assessments.
Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Provide analytical support and participate in implementation of approved changes.
Execute special projects as designed by the Finance team.
