The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join the Global Supply Chain Finance team. Based in our Singapore office, you will drive inventory costing, variances analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling to support disciplined growth.

You will partner with procurement, ops and finance to deliver accurate reporting, financial insights, and process improvements, enabling senior management to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics preferred.
• 2-3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multi-national company.
• Food service and/or retail industry knowledge and experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management preferred.
• Self-motivated and experienced in transition situations with rapid change.
• Strong ability to think strategically, creatively, and act tactically.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and team building skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly inventory close and variances against standard cost.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and business reviews.
• Support standard cost modelling and inventory revaluation.
• Assess financial returns for projects and business cases.
• Coordinate with supply chain on cost management and benchmarking.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve reporting.
• Provide analytical support and participate in approved changes implementation.
• Execute special finance projects as directed by the Finance team.
