Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Material Planner to coordinate material requirements for 300mm wafer operations and collaborate with multiple modules to ensure timely supply and delivery.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP/MRP proficiency, and effective cross-functional communication to manage inventory and optimize procurement processes in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of material planning, MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and data analytics are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements to ensure timely material availability for semiconductor operations.
• Collaborate with ETCH/LITHO modules to raise MPF/PR and track PO deliveries.
• Collaborate with NXP and Production Control to understand wafer demand and ensure wafer supply.
• Support spare parts planning to minimize supply disruptions.
• Monitor material status, shortages, deliveries and risks; drive recovery actions.
