Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in healthcare, project management, infrastructure planning, or architecture is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and evaluate space planning requests to optimize facility utilization.
• Support long-term infrastructure and campus development planning.
• Coordinate renovation and workplace transformation projects.
• Review high-cost technology submissions and manage capital grant-funded projects.
• Assess new clinical services for operational, financial, quality, and governance readiness.
• Facilitate agreement reviews and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives led by senior management.
