Job summary

JobStudio Pte Ltd is seeking a professional to lead Space & Infrastructure Planning and related portfolios in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing facility utilisation for growth, developing campus infrastructure plans, and coordinating with partners to deliver projects.

You will conduct strategic analyses to guide decisions on space, infrastructure, and governance, while supporting office renovations to create modern, sustainable workspaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Roles involve planning spaces, infrastructure and governance.

Responsibilities

• Review space requests and optimise facility utilisation to support long-term growth.
• Develop long-term infrastructure plans for the hospital and wider campus.
• Plan, deliver, and track infrastructure projects with internal and external partners.
• Conduct strategic analyses to guide space and infrastructure decisions.
• Support upcoming office renovations with modern, collaborative workspaces.
• Review submissions for high-cost technology purchases (MOH liaison).
• Manage Capital Grant projects, including funding requests and fund tracking.

Job description

Space & Infrastructure Planning

• Review space requests and optimise facility utilisation to support long-term growth
• Develop long-term infrastructure plans for the hospital and wider campus
• Work with internal and external partners to plan, deliver, and track infrastructure projects
• Conduct strategic analyses to guide space and infrastructure decisions
• Support upcoming office renovation projects, creating modern, collaborative, and sustainable workspaces

MOH Liaison

• Review submissions for high-cost technology purchases
• Manage Capital Grant projects, including funding requests and regular fund tracking

New Clinical Services Assessment

• Work with stakeholders to ensure new clinical services are well planned, financially sound, and assessed for quality, safety, and governance before launch

Agreement Management

• Improve and maintain agreement review workflows, ensuring alignment with national, cluster, and hospital strategies
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures

Other

• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil / Building / Industrial)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
