Job summary

ASML in Singapore is seeking a Sourcing Lead to manage key suppliers and the broader supply base, ensuring on-time delivery, supplier performance (QLTCS) and competitive total cost. You will drive category strategies and collaborate with Category PFT to align with technology roadmaps.

The role emphasizes strategic supplier relationships, negotiations of LTSA and NPI agreements, quarterly reviews, and cost/lead time reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or technical field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive supplier management experience in high-tech, international manufacturing.
• Strong track record in developing long-term supplier relationships and agreements.
• Experience with complex negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning and financial analysis.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and tech manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop supplier landscape vision and targets in collaboration with category manager.
• Define and execute category sourcing strategy with Category PFT and strategic supplier plans.
• Monitor supply base developments for Electronics & Machine Conditioning and plan responses.
• Lead one or more Sourcing Teams in supplier selection.
• Prepare and present make/buy decisions and supplier selections to executives.
• Negotiate LTSA, NPI Agreements and addendums; monitor contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reduction.
• Manage suppliers’ QLTCS performance via SAT reviews (QBR, ERM).
• Prepare supplier spending forecasts and monitor supplier financial health.
• Ensure coordinated communication to suppliers.
• Drive supply base rationalization within categories.
• Participate in supplier capability audits and drive closure of findings.
