Job summary

ASML Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sourcing Lead to manage key suppliers and oversee the end-to-end supplier landscape across QLTCS dimensions. You will drive strategic sourcing, negotiate long-term agreements, and collaborate with category managers to align with roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or technical field
• 12 years of progressive experience in supplier management in a high-tech international manufacturing environment
• Strong track record in developing and executing long-term supplier agreements
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Shape supplier landscape vision and targets with category managers
• Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations for LTSA and NPIs
• Drive cost and lead-time reduction across the supply base
• Monitor supplier performance via QBR/ERM and drive improvements
• Coordinate communications and ensure alignment with ASML strategy
• Develop and present executive reviews for make/buy decisions
