ASML Singapore Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Indirect Procurement professional to strengthen regional sourcing and supplier management across SEA markets. You will lead strategic supplier negotiations, drive category strategies, and ensure compliance with procurement policies in a complex multinational environment.

Key requirements include 8-12 years in procurement, MBA or related degree, and strong stakeholder management across multiple countries.

Formación

• 8-12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management within a multinational and matrix organization.
• Proven track record leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting regional stakeholders and managing suppliers across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enhancement of Indirect Procurement performance in SEA.
• Drive realization of strategic, tactical and operational Indirect Procurement goals in the dynamic Semiconductor market in SEA.
• Co-develop and support the implementation and roll-out of category strategies on local spend; execute global spend strategies.
• Safeguard supplier onboarding and build long-term relationships using supplier management framework.
• Interface with local business stakeholders and connect to Asia Regional Head and Singapore Management Team.
• Participate in Global Improvement Roadmap projects and contribute local initiatives.
