ASML Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead supplier collaboration engagements and drive transformational improvements across ASML suppliers. You will define actions, mobilize resources, and ensure progress with senior stakeholders, acting as a key escalation channel and driving the standardization of ways of working.

The role requires building and leading teams of Supplier Collaboration professionals, coordinating with line management, and developing capabilities through

Qualifications

• >10 years of experience related to job mission as described above (e.g. head of manufacturing, head of supply chain management, supplier development manager, head of engineering department in semi-con industry)
• Experience in running operations/ supply chain/ program management
• Proven track record of improvement project involving cultural change
• Operational Excellence mindset
• Communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders within ASML Sourcing & Procurement, Design & Engineering and beyond
• Willingness to travel regularly within South East Asia, occasionally to Europe/USA/Rest of Asia

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead program scope definition and deliverables with stakeholders
• Lead information gathering, requirements elicitation and analysis
• Drive program planning, governance and roadmaps across ASML and suppliers
• Manage program teams, resources and coaching across engagements
• Identify risks/issues, manage dependencies and benefits realization
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and ensure stakeholder alignment
