Job summary

ASML Holding is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to act as the technical interface between engineering and suppliers for repair parts, components and modules. You will drive proactive quality management, design for manufacturing, and supplier development across Singapore/Mingapore-based teams.

Role involves managing MQNs and DNs, supporting supplier audits, and owning parts quality from early involvement to final acceptance tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with quality systems and methods (e.g., Six Sigma) encouraged.
• Engineering experience toward production processes is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Interface between engineering and supplier for repair parts, components and modules; SQE and TSM responsibilities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers for proactive quality management of parts through early involvement, design reviews and design for manufacturing.
• Deliver deliverables and documentation: SOW, technical product document acceptance, proto evaluation reports, test coverage document, first article inspection, MFLOW, PFMEA and customer tests.
• Manage material quality notifications (MQNs), deviation notices (DNs) and resolve part quality issues using problem-solving techniques.
• Contribute to supplier development, drive improvement actions, and support supplier audits.
• Monitor supplier KPIs (SPC) and identify pro-active measures for outliers.
