Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of purchasing experience, including 3–5 years in supply chain or strategic sourcing.
• APICS or CPM certification highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supply chain leadership for assigned programs by understanding product, business, and supply chain requirements and aligning sourcing activities with program objectives and schedules.
• Develop and execute supply strategies that leverage the existing supply base, establish new supplier relationships, mitigate risk, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead supply chain representation for cross‑functional teams and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and contract manufacturers to meet milestones.
• Communicate requirements, risks, and issues clearly to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Anticipate and resolve complex supply chain issues by introducing leading sourcing practices.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to support business relationships and objectives.
• Lead supplier visits, audits, and improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce total cost.
• Support corporate and supply chain objectives for quality, cost, service, and inventory.
