Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a Lead Program Manager for Singapore & Germany Global Manufacturing Materials Sourcing. You will drive cross‑regional sourcing programs, coordinate with regional and global commodity teams, and report on milestones, spend and capacity.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, science or relevant field.
5–10 years of semiconductor wafer fab experience advantageous.
2-year contract with possible renewal or conversion depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Drive sourcing program coordination across manufacturing materials with regional and global teams.
Provide consolidated program reporting: milestones, spend, budget, capacity, first sample delivery.
Handle material procurement, outsourcing, and vendor selection activities.
Develop, implement, and communicate purchasing policies and procedures.
Coordinate purchasing with engineering/manufacturing to optimize inventories.
Negotiate with vendors and manage purchasing orders and documentation.
Monitor contract performance, costs, and schedules; ensure compliance with EH&S.
