Job summary

You will build and lead the planning function, aligning master schedules with capacity and material availability to drive delivery performance and revenue execution. You will collaborate with global operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to create executable long-range supply plans and ensure planning accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production control, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning or production-control teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory master production schedule and integrated demand plan.
• Lead cross-functional planning decisions balancing delivery, inventory, and capacity.
• Build a high-performing planning organization with clear accountability.
• Improve on-time delivery, schedule attainment, cycle time, and inventory health.
• Lead new-product and product-transition planning with minimal risk.
• Strengthen planning systems, data quality, reporting, and governance.
• Partner with global teams to create executable long-range supply plans.
