Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect for the Developer Platform in APJC, based in Singapore. You will own the regional technical strategy for strategic customers and partners, translating requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures and guiding architectural decisions across teams.

You will mentor architects, drive architecture discovery, and work with engineering, sales, and product leadership to shape regional adoption of Cloudflare solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience owning complex technical strategies across developers, platform or infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional technical strategy for Cloudflare’s Developer Platform customers and partners.
• Translate business, security, and operational requirements into secure, scalable architectures.
• Lead architecture discovery, workshops, proofs of concept, and design reviews.
• Advise executives on application modernization, distributed systems, and AI architecture.
• Establish reference architectures and governance patterns reusable across APJC.
• Remain hands-on by building and reviewing representative apps and integrations.
• Mentor architects and enablement of field teams in the region.
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing on account strategy and evidence-based content.
• Provide feedback loops between customers and product leadership to inform roadmaps.
