Confetto Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Account Manager who blends client servicing with hands-on social media execution. In a hybrid role, you will nurture client relationships while actively planning content calendars, shoots and social tasks.

You will work across TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads and UGC campaigns, collaborating with design and production teams to deliver on-brand results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating content calendars and shoot planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Client Partnership: Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted long-term relationships.
• Social Media Management: Create monthly content calendars, plan shoots, oversee posting schedules and performance tracking.
• Project & Campaign Management: Manage timelines, budgets and resources; coordinate with designers, copywriters and videographers to deliver content.
• Strategy & Insights: Translate client objectives into social-first strategies and provide regular performance insights.
