Job summary

Singapore Business Federation is seeking a Skills Engagement Manager to drive SDP initiatives with SkillsFuture Singapore. The role focuses on collaboration across agencies, monitoring programme performance, and developing Jobs-Skills Insights to advance Singapore’s workforce transformation.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, map credentialing pathways, and support adoption of green, sustainability, and international trade skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Capital, or related field.
6+ years of relevant experience in skills development or training consultancy.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s skills ecosystem and CET landscape.
Experience in stakeholder management and governance support.
Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery and KPIs.
Proven business development and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Skills Articulation, Aggregation and Recognition activities.
Set up and support Skills Advisory Panels (SAPs) with partners.
Map industry-recognised certifications and credentialing pathways.
Translate workforce trends into Jobs-Skills insights and advisories.
Coordinate cross‑division efforts to develop certifications and courses.
Drive adoption of green, sustainability, and international trade skills by employers.
Provide secretariat support to two SAPs, including meetings and documentation.
Maintain dashboards and processes to support governance and performance monitoring.
