Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Partnership & Acquisition to shape Singapore's skills and career ecosystem. You will build partnerships and expand the product portfolio to enhance digital services for individuals.

You will translate policy visions into actionable plans and work with product teams to onboard partners to MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport, driving more upskilling choices for individuals.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant internships or projects in partnerships or digital services.
Experience in partnerships, business development, or related field is preferred in public sector, education, or digital services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with policy teams to translate objectives into partnership initiatives.
Assess feasibility of partnership models and maximize policy impact.
Work with product teams to identify portfolio gaps and engage partners to close them.
Engage stakeholders on industry trends and workforce needs for collaboration.
Track outcomes, adoption rates, and KPIs for partnerships.
Review partnership performance and propose enhancements for sustainability.
Coordinate with marketing to drive adoption of digital products.
