Job summary

Truwater Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by delivering technical expertise and consultative sales support. You will develop tailored solutions for clients and manage the full sales cycle.

You will lead the sales team to exceed targets and build enduring relationships with consultants, developers, and industrial clients while coordinating with Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in ACMV, M&E, HVAC, water treatment, or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills applied to sales processes and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities meticulously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets
• Identify and secure new project opportunities through consultants, M&E contractors, developers, industrial plants, data centres, and facility owners
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, tender submissions, negotiations, contract awards, and after-sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to support business growth
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams to deliver effective technical solutions and ensure successful project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly management reports to inform decision-making
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand presence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support organizational goals
