The Satellite Communications Product Manager role at Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is based in Singapore. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue and margin goals.

You will build business cases, define market opportunities, and drive GTM plans while coordinating with engineering, sales, and partners. Travel may be required as needed.

• Proven product management with target-driven results.
• Strong business acumen translating market needs into strategy.
• Experience delivering tech products from concept through lifecycle.
• Technical depth in satellite terminal development.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Satellite Communications products.
• Deliver yearly targets for orders, revenue and gross margin.
• Develop business cases with revenue, cost, margin assumptions.
• Track performance and take corrective actions to hit targets.
• Identify market segments and growth potential.
• Develop go-to-market plans and channel strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations and partners.
• Monitor Satcom tech trends and their impact on roadmap.
