Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior SATCOM product leader to drive development from concept to production. The role requires supervising a multidisciplinary team, evaluating technology partners, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Based in Jurong East, the position offers a permanent contract and a salary up to SGD 8,000 plus performance bonuses. Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm with shuttle service from select MRT stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics, Communications or System Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SATCOM product or systems development.
• At least 3 years in technical leadership or team-lead role.
• Proven track record delivering SATCOM terminals, modems, RF subsystems or integrated comms products to production.
• Strong understanding of SATCOM architectures, RF systems, modems, and protocol stacks.
• Knowledge of environmental and EMC qualification and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary development team to deliver SATCOM terminal products from concept to production.
• Support Product Manager in identifying technology partners for co-development opportunities.
• Identify new technologies that enhance product features, performance, and competitiveness.
• Define, maintain and manage product-level requirements through the lifecycle.
• Manage product configurations, variants, and baseline definitions for traceability.
• Oversee execution of product-level test strategies for performance, integration, and validation.
• Plan and execute product qualification and certification activities for regulatory/environmental compliance.
• Lead product acceptance activities to confirm readiness for production and deployment.
