Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks a Solution Architect to be the central pillar of complex HRTech engagements, connecting Lead Consultants across tracks and advising customers on architecture and strategy. You will steer executive conversations, manage demanding stakeholders, and uphold a coherent, scalable solution across modules.

The role requires 10+ years in HRTech consulting, deep multi-module knowledge, and a strong track record in pre-sales, delivery leadership, and client advisory at CHRO/C-suite

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-module HRTech architecture across engagements.
• Executive presence with CHROs and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven pre-sales, solutioning and RFP delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level architecture across tracks and modules.
• Advise senior stakeholders on solution and architecture decisions.
• Lead and develop Lead Consultants beneath you.
• Oversee pre-sales activities and solutioning efforts.
• Govern delivery scope, risk, and quality at program level.
• Coach teams to build RAC’s solutioning capability.
