Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. invites a seasoned HRTech consultant to lead strategic solution delivery across multi-module HRIS engagements in Singapore.

You will guide clients on HRTech transformation, architect integration designs, and own solution ownership from proposal to delivery. You will advise CHROs and C-suite stakeholders, drive pre-sales activities, develop delivery frameworks, and mentor senior consultants to build the practice’s capabilities for future-ready HR technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module expertise with pre-sales and solution ownership.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules and define integration architecture.

• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals.

Role Summary:

Provides strategic solution leadership across complex multi-module HRIS engagements, guiding clients on HRTech transformation and cross- system integration design. Carries competency leadership accountability for the practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules. Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment.
• Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders. Guide clients through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Represent RA's delivery capability in key client conversations and RFP responses.
• Delivery Governance: Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs. Resolve critical project issues in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Capability Building & People Leadership: Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies for the practice. Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing. Define competency standards and learning pathways for the consulting practice.
