Job summary

Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager / Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple industries. The role drives end-to-end delivery, cross-functional coordination, and measurable business value for clients.

You will shape transformation roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and oversee program governance throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with executives and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-workstream projects with distributed teams.
• Strong SAP delivery, governance, risk, budget, and QA practices.
• Engages senior stakeholders and translates requirements into delivery outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from strategy through deployment.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources and governance.
• Coordinate SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales.
• Engage client leadership, sponsors, and delivery teams with clear communications.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues and change impacts; align with objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, developers, and testers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Support business development including opportunity shaping and proposals.
