NCS Group seeks an exceptional SAP Delivery Director to lead our SAP practice in Singapore. You will blend deep SAP expertise with strategic leadership to drive client outcomes and growth across enterprise transformations.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, partner with SAP ecosystem, and oversee end-to-end delivery from implementations to migrations. Strong C-suite engagement and change-management experience are essential to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior SAP presales and delivery leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience managing large-scale SAP transformation programmes, including greenfield implementations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns, data migration strategies, and change management.
• Track record of building client relationships at C-suite level and winning complex SAP deals.

• Lead SAP delivery teams to achieve ambitious growth targets and strengthen practice.
