Job summary

NCS is seeking an exceptional SAP Delivery Director to guide our SAP practice in Singapore, leading delivery teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and partnering with clients to co-create SAP solutions that unlock value.

The role spans governance, risk management, and presales across S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and analytics, with a focus on continuous improvement and ecosystem collaboration to deliver multi-cloud SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior SAP presales and delivery leadership roles within technology services or consulting.
• Deep expertise in SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP modules.
• Experience managing large-scale SAP transformation programmes, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and landscape transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns, data migration strategies, and change management approaches.
• Track record of building client relationships at C-suite level and winning complex SAP deals.

What You will Do

Strategic SAP Leadership

• Lead and inspire our SAP delivery teams to achieve ambitious growth targets across our SAP practice
• Shape our SAP go-to-market strategy, positioning NCS as the trusted SAP technology services firm for enterprise transformation
• Build strong partnerships with clients, understanding their business challenges and co-creating SAP solutions that deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with our Applications, Infrastructure, AI Central, and Cyber business lines to deliver integrated SAP-centric solutions
• Strengthen our alliances with SAP and ecosystem partners to enhance our capabilities and market position

SAP Delivery & Client Success

• Ensure successful SAP project delivery – from implementations and upgrades to migrations and managed services
• Implement robust governance frameworks that balance SAP innovation with accountability and risk management
• Conduct risk assessments in relation to solution scope and technical architecture
• Drive excellence in SAP delivery methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, hybrid approaches)
• Monitor project health, quality gates and manage SAP-specific risks, and ensure our people have the tools and support to succeed
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging SAP best practices and lessons learned
• Deploy AI tools as part of the implementation and AMS support processes

SAP Presales Excellence

• Oversee the development of compelling SAP proposals, solution designs, and business cases
• Guide technical pre-sales efforts to ensure our SAP offerings align with client needs and SAP best practices
• Drive innovation in how we position SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and industry-specific SAP capabilities
• Support both Key Accounts and Growth Accounts with strategic SAP presales leadership across Public Service, Defence and Homeland Security, Healthcare and Transport, Financial Industrial and Commercial, and Communications Media and Technology sectors
• Lead solution architecture discussions, demonstrating how SAP enables digital transformation and business process excellence

People & SAP Capability Building

• Grow and develop high-performing SAP teams who embody our human-to-human approach
• Champion SAP skills development, certifications, and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Mentor emerging SAP leaders and build deep capability across functional and technical SAP domains

The ideal candidate should possess:

SAP Experience & Expertise

• Proven track record in senior SAP presales and delivery leadership roles within technology services or consulting
• Deep expertise in SAP solutions including S/4HANA RISE, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP modules

• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns, data migration strategies, and change management approaches
• Track record of building client relationships at C-suite level and winning complex SAP deals

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in SAP contract negotiation, licensing, and risk management
• Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and responsible AI principles as they apply to SAP solutions

• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Consultant, SAP S/4HANA certifications)
