Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is recruiting for an Enterprise Applications & Salesforce Program Lead for a prominent Singapore public sector organisation. The role centers on owning the Enterprise Applications portfolio with Salesforce at its core, spanning architecture, delivery and ongoing improvement.

You will design Salesforce architecture, drive delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, oversee integrations and data models, and mentor the CRM team while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Salesforce administration, architecture and programme leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Enterprise Applications and Salesforce programme end to end, from roadmap and planning through implementation and optimisation
• Design and oversee the Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration strategy and application design
• Drive delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Oversee configuration, customisation and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Define and track KPIs to measure platform effectiveness and user adoption
• Engage senior stakeholders with regular updates, and gather requirements across business units
• Lead and mentor the CRM and Enterprise Applications team
• Manage Salesforce vendors and third-party consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge retention
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance, and apply sound change management to significant architectural changes
• Develop training programmes for end users and administrators on new features and initiatives
