This is not a frontline sales position, but a commercially focused planning role. The candidate will evaluate opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and manage revenue targets for key OD markets, while coordinating with corporate and agency accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing or commercial roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities to improve sales through data-driven planning, performance management, pricing and analytics for the Singapore market.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives to drive growth in market segments, corporate and agency accounts.
• Plan and distribute the annual station passenger revenue target to key origin-destination markets.
• Execute sales steering analysis and assign sales targets to corporate and agency sales teams to grow revenue on assigned ODs.
• Implement pricing strategies to match market demand and grow revenue for assigned ODs.
• Develop distribution and channel management strategies in Singapore.
• Conduct regular OD analysis to maintain revenue from key market segments.
• Analyze top corporate and agency accounts on key ODs.
• Drive productivity and standardisation of reports for the sales team.
• Manage and develop sales planning staff.
