Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager of Strategic Planning to join its Marketing / Business Strategy team in Singapore. The role blends strategic thinking, rigorous analytics and clear communication with a long-term view toward leadership within a business unit.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of prior experience as a business analyst or corporate analyst is preferred.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing and database management.

Responsibilities

Develop short and long-term strategic plans for casino sales teams and track execution.
Create market deliverables, performance analyses, and patron activity assessments.
Drive growth by understanding key source markets and refining reinvestment strategies.
Lead strategic goal setting for patron acquisition, retention and growth.
Communicate strategies and recommendations to senior management and teams.
Create KPIs for the segment and monitor results.
Conduct strategic projects to identify trends and insights.
