• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, with 4+ years experience in pump/HVAC industry.
• Proficiency with SalesForce or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
