Baxter Healthcare Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of the Patient Support Systems portfolio. You will drive commercial performance, segment strategy, and distributor partnerships to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will mentor the Key Account Manager for GSS and FLC, collaborate with hospitals, clinicians, procurement teams, and internal teams, and shape go-to-market plans for Singapore.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience in medical device/healthcare.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience managing distributor-led business models.
• Experience leading and developing sales professionals.
• Experience within hospital, capital equipment environments.
• Desirable experience with hospital infrastructure and patient care solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives for the PSS portfolio.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and commercial execution activities.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and portfolio growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive strategic decision-making.
• Deliver sustainable business growth through distributor management and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement go-to-market plans for Singapore.
• Support tender preparation and major projects.
