Job summary

Infosys seeks a seasoned Client Services Manager to interface with senior stakeholders, map out account plans, and drive growth across key accounts. You will collaborate with local and global sales, solution and delivery teams to design innovative, high‑quality solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires extensive account management experience at the CXO level, strong leadership and proposal skills, and a track record in delivering SAAS, enterprise applications, and AI initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience managing large revenue portfolios within client accounts.
• Ability to lead consulting, implementation, and support across Infosys offerings.
• Strong understanding of SAAS, enterprise applications, and AI in the enterprise.
• Track record of engaging CXO-level client contacts.
• Global Delivery Model experience is a must.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with listed responsibilities and skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management and growth led by alignment with program and delivery teams.
• Grow a portfolio of services within target accounts and influence the client to win additional business.
• Drive continuous improvements and transformation to create customer value and growth.
• Manage senior management relationships and maintain a strong stakeholder connect.
• Own revenue and margins of the portfolio and align growth to investment.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to implement client strategy under technology competency.
• Work with Solutions teams to build pitches and deliver revenue and services.
• Share responsibility for Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage processes with the sales team.
• Develop partnerships with product vendors to enable growth and strategy.
