Job summary

Allgreen Properties Limited in Singapore seeks a Sales professional to drive revenue growth by achieving annual targets and managing an assigned portfolio across growth industries. The role focuses on expanding market share through proactive sales execution and cross-functional collaboration with the DOSM.

You will develop sales plans, nurture client relationships, conduct visits, and coordinate with the Revenue Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a sales role within serviced apartment, upscale hotel, travel management or relocation industry.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business.
• Fluent in English and a second language.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to profitability.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with objectives.
• Align sales efforts with DOSM/Revenue Manager strategies.
• Prepare and execute sales action plans to identify new leads.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to expand market share.
• Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and manage conversions, renewals, and closures.
• Qualify and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales and Reservations to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide sales reports.
