Job summary

VIROGREEN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to handle customer communications, sales support, quotations, follow-ups, and business development.

The role will involve coordinating with customers on orders, deliveries, and service requirements, and liaising with logistics/operations to ensure timely fulfillment. The position requires proactive follow-up with customers, preparation of quotations and documents, updating prices, and maintaining accurate records to support sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders and sales invoices.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery requirements and service requirements.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics/operations for customer deliveries.
• Verify customer Delivery Orders and related documents.
• Prepare and submit customer reports.
• Arrange site visits when required.
• Update and communicate selling prices to sales personnel.
• Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
