Responsibilities include preparing quotations, issuing purchase orders and sales invoices, handling enquiries by email and phone, coordinating with customers and logistics for deliveries, updating prices, and supporting payments and reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone
• Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery schedules and service requirements
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders and outstanding matters
• Coordinate with logistics/operations for customer deliveries
• Verify customer Delivery Orders and related documents
• Prepare and submit customer reports
• Arrange site visits when required
• Update and communicate selling prices to sales personnel
• Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
