Job summary

VISKOU TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., Singapore-based, is seeking a Sales / Business Development Executive to drive growth by attracting new customers and managing existing accounts.

You will engage with clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, engineering and construction oriented market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in engineering, electrical, construction, industrial or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting customers and business partners.
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and follow-ups.
• Understand customers' business needs and identify potential project opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects to convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
