Job summary

Andaz Singapore, a Hyatt Hotels brand, seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead commercial strategy and optimise performance across the hotel. The role combines analytical rigor with the ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results amidst changing market conditions.

The successful candidate will partner with General Manager, Leadership Committee, and ownership to drive total hotel profitability and growth in a competitive urban market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in revenue management at director level or higher.
• Experience in complex urban hotel markets with diverse demand drivers.
• Ability to influence ownership, GMs and senior stakeholders on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the hotel's revenue strategy.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, inventory, and performance reviews.
• Drive distribution strategy across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale, and corporate channels.
• Analyse market dynamics and macro factors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic guidance and influence key decisions with ownership and leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, Finance, and Revenue teams to maximise profitability.
• Lead commercial planning for peak periods and complex business mix optimization.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing revenue management team.
