Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an accomplished Director of Revenue Management for Andaz Singapore. Lead commercial strategy, optimise performance, and guide teams while partnering with executives and owners to maximise profitability in a competitive, luxury hotel environment.

You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, inventory, and distribution, shaping revenue across Rooms, Meetings & Events, and ancillary streams, with a data-driven approach and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in revenue management atDirector level or above in full-service, upper-upscale, or luxury hotels.
• Experience influencing Ownership Groups and senior stakeholders on commercial strategy and business planning.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, displacement analysis, pricing strategy, inventory management, and channel optimization expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's revenue strategy aligned with brand, objectives, and owner expectations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing, inventory control, demand management, and performance reviews.
• Drive distribution strategy across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale, and corporate channels.
• Analyse market dynamics, demand trends, and macro factors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance and influence key business decisions with leadership.
• Build credibility with ownership and asset-management through clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, Finance and Revenue teams to maximize profitability.
• Lead commercial planning for peak periods and complex business mix optimization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue management team.
• Champion a data-driven revenue culture across the hotel.
