Job summary

GovTech is seeking a resource planning professional to support strategic establishment planning, assessing resourcing requests and optimising manpower resources to meet organisational priorities and long-term needs.

You will maintain estab governance, prepare proposals, liaise with agencies, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform management decisions. Public sector experience and policy/planning background are advantageous for this role.

• Clear writing and presentation skills
• Effective stakeholder engagement and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping discipline

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging manpower needs and develop resourcing options to support strategic priorities
• Maintain Estab Governance and ensure submission requirements and templates are current
• Assess estab requests and prepare assessments, options and management papers
• Maintain accurate estab records and generate management reports on resourcing trends
