Job summary

ExxonMobil-NTU-A*STAR Corporate Lab at ERI@N invites a Project Manager to supervise all phases of the lab's research portfolio in Singapore. You will coordinate five programmes, manage budgets, and prepare NRF/ExxonMobil reports while guiding governance meetings and IP reporting.

This role requires close collaboration with PIs, NTU RSOs, NRF, A*STAR, and ExxonMobil. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or higher degree and has at least 3 years of project management or grants administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in research project management or grants administration.
• Experience with Singapore government grants (NRF, A*STAR, IAF-ICP) is preferred.
• Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with academic, government, and corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management across five research programmes per IAF-ICP grant conditions and NTU frameworks.
• Prepare and consolidate progress, milestone, and annual reports for NRF and ExxonMobil.
• Manage the Corporate Lab budget across all programmes; forecast and monitor expenditure; ensure financial governance compliance.
• Oversee accounting activities including purchase orders, claims, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate governance meetings (Governing Board, Technical Review, Annual Review) with agendas, minutes, and action logs.
